Position Overview:

The Dental Treatment Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that patients have a seamless experience from treatment planning to payment. This role requires an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, a solid understanding of dental procedures, and the ability to build relationships with patients while assisting them with understanding their treatment options, costs, and insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the dentist to present and explain treatment plans to patients, ensuring they fully understand their options, the benefits of proposed treatments, and any associated costs. Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients, ensuring that treatment timelines and patient preferences are accommodated. Verify patients' insurance coverage, submit claims, and follow up on any outstanding claims or billing issues. Educate patients on their insurance benefits and payment options. Provide clear explanations of dental procedures and treatments to patients, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their care decisions. Encourage patient commitment to recommended treatments, addressing any concerns or objections they may have and working to ensure they feel comfortable and confident in moving forward. Discuss and explain payment plans, financial options, and treatment financing to patients as needed, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately. Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and insurance information in the practice's management system. Work closely with the front office team, dental assistants, and hygienists to ensure that patients' needs are met efficiently, and that the office runs smoothly. Perform follow-up calls to patients regarding their treatment progress, reminders for future appointments, and any post-treatment care instructions. Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a similar role in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and explain complex treatment options in a clear and empathetic manner. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in dental office management software and Microsoft Office Suite. A positive, professional attitude with a strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in dental administration is a plus. Work Environment:

Primarily spent in a dental treatment area. Must be comfortable with standing or assisting patients for extended periods. High-energy, with frequent interaction with patients and dental professionals. What We Offer:
