Warehouse Associate- 2nd shift

Pay Rate:

$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our 2nd shift team in Plymouth, MN. This role is essential in supporting warehouse operations such as order picking, receiving, truck loading/unloading, production support, inventory control, and maintaining accuracy and quality standards. The ideal candidate has prior forklift experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations

Operate forklifts and related equipment to support production and order fulfillment Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Perform order picking, receiving, and put-away of inventory Support continuous improvement and meet efficiency goals Quality & Inventory

Ensure product is stored, received, and shipped to quality standards Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy Maintain cleanliness and comply with GMP/SQF guidelines Accurately complete system transactions using scanners and computer systems Safety

Follow all company safety policies and procedures Complete daily safety checklists on equipment Participate in safety initiatives Communication & Teamwork

Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and leadership Follow written and verbal instructions accurately Attendance

Maintain regular and punctual attendance to support daily operations Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of warehouse experience Forklift driving experience required Must complete forklift certification upon hire Preferred Skills:

Stand-up and sit-down forklift experience Basic math, mechanical, and computer skills Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Proven ability to work independently Work Environment:

Indoor warehouse and manufacturing setting Frequent standing, lifting, bending, and reaching Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly; occasionally over 50 lbs Use of forklifts, scanners, computers, balers, and stretch wrappers Mental Requirements:
