Data Engineer

Columbus, OH.
Responsibilities include building scalable data pipelines and cloud infrastructure using AWS services, ensuring performance, reliability, and secure data access across systems.
Rate Range:
$47/hour to 49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Data Engineer job responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines using Python, PySpark, and Snowflake to support data-driven initiatives. Set up and manage AWS services including S3, IAM roles, EC2, Lambda, and CloudFormation templates. Implement and maintain secure data access mechanisms using AWS Transfer Family, Storage Gateway, and Key Management Services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data sources and ensure reliable data flow and structure. Utilize Git and CI/CD pipelines for version control and automated deployments. Support data visualization efforts using tools like Power BI and Tableau to enable business insights. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or a related field. 6-8 years of hands-on experience in data engineering and cloud infrastructure. Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and Snowflake for building scalable data pipelines. Pay Details:
$47.00 to $49.00 per hour
