Talent will be hired at a level commensurate with experience.
The Marketing Manager (MM) for the RINVOQ Inflammatory Bowel Disease HCP Brand team will have primary responsibility for: Designing the RINVOQ omnichannel strategy and development of corresponding creative assets. The MM will utilize customer and field insights to develop stakeholder specific omnichannel tactics across the RINVOQ ecosystem and help the brand execute on key brand initiatives and projects, coordinating efforts across internal and external stakeholders. The person in this position will also be responsible for the RINVOQ access and support strategy and the corresponding messaging development and execution.
The individual in this position must demonstrate strong competency in omnichannel and access/support strategy through synergy of personal and non-personal channels, along with an innovative mentality and the ability to effectively story-tell so that they can generate support for their ideas. The MM reports to the Director, U.S. HCP Marketing for RINVOQ HCP.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital strategy and tactics in a variety of channels to drive HCP omni-channel results Develop and implement access and support strategy and corresponding tactics Implement research as necessary to inform the above Work with colleagues, internal cross functional teams (Legal, Regulatory, Medical and Project Management) and external (Ad Agency, Digital and Media Agency) to ensure strategy and tactical integration Bring innovative opportunities to differentiate brand through state-of-the-art methods of customer communication and make proposals and recommendations based on business direction, market dynamics and data. Maintain awareness of relevant market dynamics and trends, and the application to tactical planning and execution Track and manage promotional budgets Operate in compliance with all AbbVie internal policies (ethics, environmental health and safety, financial, human resources, and general business policies) and applicable external regulatory requirements Qualifications
BA/BS required Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience required At least 2 years of marketing experience with track record of tactic delivery and evidence of marketing competencies High digital marketing and omnichannel strategy literacy Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to make effective presentations to internal and external customers, sales teams, and senior management Ability to work across multiple stakeholders Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills Strong interpersonal skills Financial/budgetary experience Additional Information
