to join our Corporate IT Team and work on-site at our

Global Corporate Headquarters . This position will oversee the IT Project Management Office (PMO), focusing on managing the IT project pipeline, ensuring efficient project execution, and aligning IT initiatives with organizational goals. The goal is to establish and manage project management standards, provide oversight for IT initiatives, and serve as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to drive program management and foster collaboration between IT and business stakeholders.

Full-time opening for an IT PMO Manager to join our Corporate IT team and work on-site at our Global Corporate Headquarters. This role will be focused on managing the IT Project Pipeline (Program Management). This will be a hands-on and managerial role with four to five direct reports. The team will work closely with both IT and business project teams. This role is essential in aligning IT project execution with strategic business goals, optimizing workflows, and ensuring efficient resource utilization across the IT department.

Essential Duties:

Manage the resources that are part of the IT PMO Team. (Project Manager, Systems Analyst, Application Trainer, Enterprise Architect, Business Process Analyst). Maintain and manage the IT project pipeline, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Oversee the IT Project Process, including monitoring and control across all phases. Guide business project owners through the IT Project Process and ensure compliance with standards. Track project requests, tasks, deliverables, and overall project status. Maintain project documentation, including charters, status reports, issue/risk logs, and financials. Lead monthly project toll-gate meetings and reporting processes. Provide project management oversight for IT projects that don’t have a dedicated Project Manager. Develop and maintain the forecasted project pipeline roadmap, including scenario planning for optimal timing of future initiatives. Ensure timely project approvals throughout the SDLC. Establish standards for IT project artifacts, deliverables, and policies. Work with IT management to allocate resources effectively and balance workloads across projects. Serve as the communication liaison between IT and the business ensuring clear and timely project updates. Deliver clear and concise project status updates and communications across the organization. Help to maintain IT policies and procedures. Required Skills

Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycles (Agile and Waterfall). Experience in custom software development and release management. Proficiency with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and processes. Expertise with portfolio and program management methodologies and tools. SCRUM Master certification and/or practical Agile project experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage and review project/program budgets and financials. Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Project, MS Visio, and Jira. Ability to effectively engage with both IT teams and business stakeholders. Comfortable working in decentralized teams and using virtual communication tools. Self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving goals. Skilled in negotiation, conflict management, and stakeholder influence. Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in IT project management. Prior management experience strongly preferred. Hands-on experience standing up and/or running a PMO preferred. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.

ITIL certification preferred
