JOB DESCRIPTION: Skillset-Strong Data Experience , MDM, Informatica 360/Customer 360 profiles
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Informatica MDM professional to join our data management team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Informatica's MDM suite including C360 and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining master data solutions that support enterprise-wide data governance, quality, and integration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Design and implement MDM solutions using Informatica MDM (C360) and related tools such as IDQ, Informatica Data Director (IDD) Configure and manage batch jobs for staging, loading, matching, and merging data records Develop match rules (fuzzy and exact), merge processes, and tokenization workflows to consolidate master data Create and maintain Base Objects, staging tables, and relationships between source systems Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Informatica stack including deployment, performance, and data integrity Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management Build accelerators and reusable assets to improve development efficiency and reduce effort by 10-20%
Required Skills 8+ years of experience in Informatica MDM development and implementation. Strong understanding of MDM concepts including data profiling, data quality, metadata management, and data governance Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and integration with Cloud Platforms Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SAFE Agile release trains Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Having Insurance Experience is an added advantage
