Customer Service Representative (CSR) Semiconductor Manufacturing

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with strong experience in semiconductor order management and customer-facing support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a clear understanding of manufacturing flows and planning, and the ability to handle detailed contract execution and milestone-driven payments. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-changing environment, think outside the box, and make the right adjustments when plans shift.

What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order status, and issue resolution. Manage customer orders end-to-end in ERP systems (Oracle/NetSuite preferred), including detailed order entry, tracking, updates, and fulfillment. Read and interpret customer contracts, ensuring alignment of sales orders with contractual milestones tied to development and delivery phases. Adjust sales orders in the system when changes occur and communicate updates clearly to customers. Oversee contract execution and milestone-based payments, ensuring timely alignment between customer commitments and internal operations. Negotiate with customers on delivery schedules, changes, and terms while safeguarding company interests. Work closely with manufacturing and planning teams to meet delivery goals and adjust plans as requirements evolve. Monitor chip progress through the manufacturing process and collaborate with planners to ensure schedule alignment. Maintain accurate documentation of orders, contracts, changes, and customer interactions. Handle high volumes of data entry with accuracy and attention to detail. What You'll Need

Minimum 5 years' experience in customer service, account management, or order management within the semiconductor industry (fabless, OSAT, or IP-related experience preferred). Strong ability to read, understand, and manage customer contracts, with experience tying contractual milestones to development and delivery schedules. Hands-on expertise with ERP systems (Oracle/NetSuite highly preferred). Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows and planning processes. Experience monitoring chip progress in manufacturing and coordinating with planners to resolve issues. Ability to think creatively, adapt to constant changes, and adjust plans quickly while maintaining customer alignment. Strong negotiating skills with proven ability to manage delivery schedules, order changes, and milestone payments. Independent, results-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple customer accounts in a dynamic environment. Salary and Benefits

Your contribution will be recognized with a base salary within the range of $100k to $120k anually as It is influenced by your qualifications, experience, location, and the internal equity of our team to ensure fairness and consistency across roles. In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, employees are also eligible for additional compensation opportunities, including a short-term incentive program, Retirement & Saving Programs and participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
