Job Summary:
We're looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Equipment Operator to join our warehouse team in Greenfield. This role involves operating various types of material handling equipment and supporting overall warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and other equipment to move materials throughout the facility. Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently. Use handheld devices or WMS to scan, track, and count inventory. Transport materials to designated storage locations and keep goods organized for efficient retrieval. Perform routine equipment inspections and report safety concerns or maintenance needs. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a clean, hazard-free work environment. Communicate with management to resolve issues such as product damage, shortages, or misplacement. Keep work areas clean and organized; dispose of waste and hazardous materials properly. Complete additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers required. Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one through company-provided training. Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and operations. Experience using WMS or similar inventory systems. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Why Apply?
