Component Logistics Co-op

January - August 2026.

What you'll be doing: Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, and material data auditing. Conduct vendor compliance analysis on documentation, labeling, packaging, and delivery. Apply lean practices to reduce waste and improve warehouse workflows. Assist with material flow and stocking coordination across facilities and with the purchasing team. Prepare and deliver key production paperwork and reports that support warehouse operations. Contribute to inventory reduction projects and provide insights through reporting. What you should have:

Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program and on track to gradate within the next two years in engineering, supply chain, operations management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. A curious mindset with a strong interest in improving processes and finding better ways of working. Exposure to or coursework in: • Production & Inventory Control • Just-in-Time (JIT) inventory philosophy • Supply Chain principles • ASCM/APICS/CPIM classes or certification (Association for Supply Chain Management) Things You Should Know :

Compensation and Benefits:

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay. The starting base pay range for this position is $23/hour - $27/hour and may vary based type of position and school seniority.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data, and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks. Work may be performed in company's setting, home, or hybrid.
