PA, WV, IN, OH, KY We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage the preboarding process for new hires as a member of our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This role ensures a seamless transition from offer acceptance to the first day of employment by coordinating background checks, credentialing, compliance requirements, and onboarding documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare recruitment, HR operations, or onboarding and a strong understanding of healthcare compliance and HR processes. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will: Manage the preboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documents and compliance requirements are completed prior to employee start date. Ensure completion of necessary pre-employment paperwork, including but not limited to employment eligibility, pre-employment testing, background checks, and confidentiality agreements. Delivering a seamless candidate experience by sending personalized welcome messages to candidates at offer, including detailed information about steps leading up to their first day, company culture, and key contacts moving forward. Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, addressing questions and providing guidance throughout the preboarding process to provide a positive candidate experience Collaborate and communicate effectively with recruiters, HR business partners and hiring managers to ensure smooth transition for new employees. Provide efficient up to date candidate tracking as a crucial member of the Talent Acquisition team while establishing process improvement and increasing new hire completion rate within the organization. To qualify for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with us: Education & Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR coordination, or Human Resources Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering a positive new hire experience Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple preboarding processes simultaneously Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software to manage candidate data and preboarding workflows, ADP Workforce Now and Jobvite experience a plus.
