Receptionist

Our client in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a Receptionist to add to their team!

The Receptionist is responsible for performing secretarial duties to provide and coordinate administrative and organizational support for the company by performing the following duties:

  1. Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Greeting and assisting visitors to the office
  3. Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence
  4. Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for office staff
  5. Tracking, stocking, and ordering supplies, as needed.
  6. Providing general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  7. Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
  8. Assisting with event planning and coordination
  9. Familiar with office equipment, computers, and software such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
  10. Performs other duties as assigned.
  11. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  12. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  13. Good communication and computer skills
