We're looking for a bold, trend-savvy In-House Content Creator who's not just comfortable on social media - but lives it.
If you've already grown your own personal platform, love experimenting with new content formats, and get a rush from seeing your work spark conversations, this is your playground. You'll shape how our brands show up online, building awareness, engagement, and community through unique and memorable content.
Responsibilities:
Be the creator, not just the editor - concept, shoot, edit, and publish thumb-stopping short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms. Bring fresh ideas to the table daily - pitch and execute campaign concepts that push boundaries and set trends. Show up as the brand - act as on-camera talent when needed, or direct/coach others to capture authentic, scroll-worthy stories. Own the social calendar - plan content around launches, campaigns, and cultural moments while staying flexible for trending opportunities. Write to hook - craft captions, CTAs, and copy that spark action, shares, and conversations. Stay ahead of the culture - track what's blowing up, what's next, and how our brands can ride the wave (or start one). Build the vault - keep our content library organized with raw footage, finished edits, and assets ready to remix. Additional duties as assigned Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business/marketing Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or digital marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Proven creator chops - 2+ years making content that gets noticed (UGC, brand, agency, or your own personal brand). Hands-on video skills - you know how to concept, shoot, and edit, not just oversee. Platform fluency - TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts - you're not just a user, you understand what works where. Toolbox ready - experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar. Fast & fearless - thrive in quick-turnaround environments, shipping content that balances creativity and speed. Category passion - bonus if you're genuinely into health, wellness, beauty, or fitness. Comfortable on-camera presence and/or experience directing influencers/talent. Familiarity with affiliate programs (TikTok Shop, etc.). Curiosity about analytics and testing to refine what really resonates.
