Are you looking to take on a dynamic and challenging role? OE Federal is seeking to hire a Branch Lead!

Your Purpose

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for maintaining member and co-worker relationships, managing branch operations, and processes, by building on our team-focused environment which centers on providing a high-quality member service experience.

What You'll Do

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily under indirect supervision: Responsible for planning, directing, organizing and conducting operational activities of the branch, including branch sales, and branch security. Resolve complex member issues, questions, or complaints. Ensure the branch is effective in achieving the Credit Union's goals and overall success, in addition to the branch's productivity and performance-based goals. Maintain professional and positive public relations with members by actively participating in union functions. Maintain a current notary public certificate. Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union's products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union's policies and procedures and current promotions. Perform other related duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate Will Possess

Associates degree in an applicable field and minimum 4 years of work experience in a Lead-level role or High School Diploma/GED and minimum 6 years of work experience in a Lead-level role. Effective organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills required. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required. Proficiency with JHA Symitar preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Physical Requirements

Must be able to travel occasionally, including nights and on a weekend, or as needed. Must have a valid state issued driver's license. Revised: 07/09/2025 Must be able to occasionally lift, carry, push or pull up to 15 lbs. Physical activities include a combination of constant sitting and hand motion, and occasional standing and walking. These activities are not necessarily performed to the same degree and combination every day. Must be able to repetitively use a telephone and a computer mouse and keyboard. Salary Range: $69,306.00 - $77,706.00

OE Federal Credit Union offers competitive compensation. The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer. The salary outlined is based on working in Auburn, WA. The salary range will adjust to the applicant's work location. In addition to competitive salaries:
