We're a well-established, fast-casual seafood concept inspired by coastal simplicity and sustainable sourcing. Known for our high-quality rolls and guest-first service model, we're passionate about serving traceable, responsibly sourced seafood in a laid-back yet fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
As the General Manager, you'll oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a high-performing team, and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. You'll take full ownership of your location's performance-building a strong culture, managing costs, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
Hire, train, coach, and develop a dynamic FOH and BOH team Lead by example during service; engage directly with guests and staff Oversee daily operations: line checks, food safety, service, and sanitation Monitor and act on key financials including P&L, COGS, and labor Implement systems to support consistent execution and team accountability Maintain a welcoming, clean, and guest-focused environment Collaborate with regional leadership on new initiatives and long-term goals Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and local partnerships Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager in fast-casual or full-service Strong financial acumen with proven experience in cost and labor management Hands-on leadership style with high standards for training and execution ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification (or ability to obtain) Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong communication skills and a passion for guest service Perks and Benefits:
