Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork Replace or retrofit HVAC systems to meet current efficiency and safety standards Install thermostats, controls, and related accessories Test system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature control Collaborate with customers to explain installation process and answer questions Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Work closely with dispatch and warehouse to ensure timely job completion Follow all safety procedures and company policies Other duties as assigned What We Are Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and move heavy equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)
