JOB SUMMARY

The Packaging Technician is responsible for labeling, inspecting, and packaging vaccines while operating packaging equipment to ensure production goals and line rates are consistently met. This role collaborates closely with other functional groups, follows cGMP documentation practices, and maintains a safe and compliant work environment. The technician will also support quality assurance activities, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in cross-training to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities Operate packaging equipment (e.g., labelers, pick and place, heat tunnel, vision systems). Inspect products accurately and efficiently to meet quality guidelines. Perform equipment changeovers, set-ups, and initial troubleshooting of packaging equipment. Prepare and execute QA line clearances (e.g., small volume line). Maintain proper cGMP documentation in compliance with SOPs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support facilities and equipment maintenance as required. Participate in daily performance reviews and escalate issues as needed. Complete batch tickets with materials consumed during execution. Provide feedback on process improvements and adhere to defined sequences. Demonstrate commitment to HSE standards and report unsafe practices. Cross-train in other departmental areas as required. Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Line Leader or Supervisor. Required Qualifications

High School Diploma. 2–3 years of manufacturing experience. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and quality-conscious mindset. Equipment/process troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Basic math and computer skills. Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of related experience. Forklift experience (preferred but not required).
