We Are Looking For
The Manager, Strategic Accounts will own and lead the national relationships, strategy, account planning, and overall development of assigned strategic accounts. This individual will develop and implement strategies to expand FDH's presence at the account-level, unlocking new opportunities and understanding the needs of strategic accounts in the context of overarching macroeconomic/public spending trends.
What You'll Do
As a Manager, Strategic Accounts, you'll be responsible for: Developing and implementing strategies to expand FDH's presence at the account-level, unlocking new opportunities and understanding the needs of strategic accounts in the context of overarching macroeconomic / public spending trends Coordinating with inside sales teams to ensure execution of quotes, preparation of pricing, and additional sales related activities When applicable, coordinating with Business Development Representatives who are assigned at sites of large accounts to unlock and progress opportunities in alignment with account-wide strategies and expansion goals Achieving assigned sales targets and strategic account objectives through development of and execution against account goals. Maintain feedback loop with leadership to ensure objectives and strategies are aligned with leadership goals Conducting Annual Planning meetings and Quarterly Reviews with assigned accounts to review performance, trends, forecasts, and ensure alignment regarding account objectives and growth goals Identifying opportunities for contract and/or Long-Term Agreements to maximize profitability and long-term strategic relationship with accounts Preparing regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends to share and proactively update management regarding performance; use data to forecast future sales and develop strategic plans What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field Proven experience in account management or business development Proven track record of successfully managing large strategic accounts and driving revenue growth Strong understanding of aerospace industry, product, regulations, supply chain dynamics and competitor knowledge Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficient in operating systems and Microsoft Office suite Adaptive Communication & Negotiation skills Special Requirements:
U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required. ITAR Requirement 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations ("ITAR") and/or the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR"). In order to comply with the requirements of the ITAR and/or the EAR, applicants will be asked to provide specific documentation to verify U.S. person status under the ITAR and the EAR.
