Compensation Pay Range:$39.09-$55.84/Hrs

Description Drive technology requirement identification and business adherence in the FX Cash STP Trading team. Engage in business extension and application transformation projects. Collaborate with operational and business stakeholders of regulatory projects to identify requirements. Work closely with development leads, scrum masters, and quality analysts to implement projects. Maintain a facilitative working relationship with all project participants. Work across multiple projects in the FX Trade Management space. Adapt quickly to changes in a fast development environment.

Key Responsibilities Actively manage internal and external dependencies for requirement creation and validation. Share knowledge and work effectively as part of an agile team. Present prepared materials confidently to senior and/or non-technical audiences. Manage multiple tasks across various stakeholders in a complex environment. Ensure thorough vetting of requirements and handover work for implementation.

Q ualifications 10-15 years of experience in the Investment Banking / Capital Markets environment, preferably in a business analyst and/or product owner capacity. At least 5 years of experience working in an Agile environment. Demonstrated depth of knowledge in an investment banking asset class such as equities, fixed income, or FX. Significant familiarity with work management tools. Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently under pressure. Prior experience in environments with transaction processing systems or payment systems.
