creativity and sales , ideal for self-starters who enjoy connecting with clients and closing deals.
What You'll Do
Meet with clients in their homes to assess storage needs Use design software to create custom closet solutions Present and sell designs that meet client goals and budgets Provide clear pricing proposals and close the sale Coordinate with our install team to ensure high-quality execution Deliver 5-star customer service from consultation to completion Manage your schedule, leads, and follow-ups independently What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in sales, design, or a related home improvement field Strong communication and people skills - you love helping others Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple clients Comfortable using technology and design tools (training provided) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Bonus Points For
Experience in home organization, interior design, or real estate Background in commission-based or consultative sales Knowledge of materials and construction basics Compensation & Growth
This is a
100% commission-based role
