OWL Services is seeking a reliable, organized Inventory Associate / Parts Runner to support our field operations in the Fredericksburg, VA area. This hybrid role includes inventory support, parts delivery, and remote administrative tasks to keep our service team supplied, stocked, and running efficiently.

We're looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working independently and can manage responsibilities across multiple locations

Essential Job Functions: Deliver parts to internal field technicians at job sites Transport and restock materials at storage sheds and remote storage locations Receive and organize inventory in proper storage areas Work remotely to assist with email-based parts coordination and inventory tracking Communicate with internal staff to determine parts needed for technician return trips Maintain accurate records of transfers, deliveries, and inventory levels Ensure storage units are fully stocked and kept clean and organized Occasional physical tasks including loading and unloading company vehicles Physical inventory of storage units and technician trucks Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical Must meet company standards for Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Must pass all pre-employment screening, including background check and drug/alcohol testing Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and around petroleum products Ability to work independently with limited supervision Strong communication and organizational skills Additional Information:

Location: Based out of Fredericksburg, VA (includes field and remote work) Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time hours, generally between 7 AM-5 PM Work Environment: Mix of driving, field delivery, warehouse stocking, and remote admin work Compensation and Benefits
