Skills Requirements Understands front and back house operations ensuring servers and kitchen staff are supported in a timely manner Comprehends the importance of providing quality service through maintaining the cleanliness and safety of all common areas and service stations Ability to lift large loads and be on your feet for long shifts Exhibits the drive to provide exceptional Member service Position Requirements
Responsible for bread basket preparation assisting the kitchen staff to prepare additional bread when needed Checks trash cans and linen bags often during shift Clean and properly sets tables in a timely manner Promptly cleans all tabletops and chairs between seating's Resets and arranges tabletops Promptly clears table after members/guests Dispenses dishes, silverware, linens to appropriate cleaning areas Replenishes bar ice as needed Properly cleans restaurant floor utilizing hokie when necessary Deliver food from Expeditor to server sections in an efficient manner Ability to deliver plated food to Members when necessary Maintains all work areas ensuring they are cleaned and properly stocked according to organization's standards Lights table lamps and/or candles when appropriate Operates effectively as a Team Member
