System Administrator
will be is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of
systems
hardware and software and related infrastructure. Minimum 10+ years of experience Strong understanding of Windows Server environment Strong Understanding of virtualization on VMWare and Citrix technology Experience on VMware ESX and Vsphere would be preferable. Experience in P2V, VMotion and VMware virtual center. Understanding of power shell scripting. Good hands-on command line of ESX. Experience in backup and recovery of Virtual machines and virtual servers. WINDOWS: Knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, Windows Security including Kerberos authentication and PKI, AD Proxy, Virtual Directory solutions and related technologies. Knowledge in Inventory Management, Software distribution, Patch Management using SCCM Handling/ Setting/Configuring Servers. Installation and Configuration of Domain Controllers. Administration and troubleshooting of Windows servers, DHCP, DNS, IIS, ISA, Antivirus. Administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft ISA Proxy Server. Implementation, administration of Active Directory and Group Policies. Sound knowledge on Installation and Administration of Windows Cluster. Working knowledge with generating/renewal of certificates. Good hands-on Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of ESX server environment. Good understanding of HA and DRS environment. Experience in performance tuning of VMWare servers and Virtual sessions and management of server resources between virtual machines.
Experience in backup and recovery of Virtual servers Working in 24x7 global environment. Should have prior experience in server/network equipment racking and stacking.
