Job Title: Marketing Manager Position Overview: The Wholesale Marketing Manager will lead the firm’s marketing strategy, execution, and process optimization to increase advisor engagement. Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing is preferred. Experience in finance, banking, investments, or related fields is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives. Oversee digital content creation for prospect engagement and email campaigns. Manage content approval processes for marketing materials. Coordinate content needs across the advisor network, sales teams, and management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies. Proven track record in process improvement and lead nurturing. Excellent project management and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media tools, and marketing platforms like Salesforce and Pardot. Basic HTML knowledge is a plus. Preferred Experience: Marketing programs for high-net-worth financial clients. Understanding of compliance in investment marketing. Ability to innovate and scale marketing processes.
