Overview
The Marketing Manager is a crucial member of our team, responsible for leading the planning and execution of brand strategy across three innovative health brands under Health Forward Ventures. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting project execution across channels and platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for impactful, community-driven marketing.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize campaign calendars, deadlines, and deliverables across all brands
Review marketing content (social, email, SMS, blog, landing pages) for quality and brand consistency
Collaborate with the Marketing Associate/Graphic Design to assign tasks and ensure timely completion
Translate high-level goals from leadership into actionable weekly execution plans
Identify and escalate content or campaign issues proactively
Contribute to the testing and use of new creative tools, automation platforms, and AI resources
Support reporting on campaign performance, productivity, and brand consistency
Coordinate project timelines across multiple stakeholders
Qualifications
Proven Experience: 1–2 years of full-time marketing or brand experience, or equivalent internship experience
Organizational Abilities: Ability to manage multiple campaign calendars, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
Multitasking Abilities: Comfortable managing overlapping projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Professional Communication Skills: Strong written communication and editing skills, especially for reviewing and improving
Customer Service Orientation: Committed to supporting brand messaging that reflects care, trust, and community impact
Team Player: Works collaboratively across teams and leadership, with a positive and assertive approach
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Drive, and email marketing platforms
Adaptability and Flexibility: Open to learning new platforms, tools including AI, and adjusting to a fast-paced environment
Required Skills

Education/Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Internship or 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience preferred
Experience with brand guidelines, content calendars, and campaign reviews is a plus
Exposure to wellness, health, or consumer brands is a bonus
