Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end CPQ solutions.
This role involves managing complex multi-application integration projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities Design and architect Oracle CPQ solutions that integrate with CRM and ERP systems. Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather business requirements and understand current processes. Configure and customize Oracle CPQ, including objects, workflows, rules, and reporting. Develop and manage business rules using Business Markup Language (BML) and Groovy scripting. Lead integration design and development with Oracle and non-cloud systems to support order-to-cash processes. Create and maintain technical documentation including solution designs and integration specifications. Manage all phases of the CPQ implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment. Facilitate collaboration across sales, finance, IT, and other business units. Support business development efforts by contributing to solution definition, scope, and estimation. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Science. Minimum 7 years of experience as an Architect in an enterprise environment. Deep expertise in Oracle CPQ Cloud and its features. Strong understanding of BML and Groovy scripting. Experience designing and implementing CPQ solutions integrated with CRM and ERP systems. Proficiency with project lifecycle management tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio DevOps and JIRA. Experience with project planning tools like Microsoft Project and Smartsheet. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend future-state CPQ solutions. Knowledge of order-to-cash processes is a plus. Experience executing projects using Agile methodologies.
