Associate Procurement Agent
to join our dynamic team in
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Position Responsibilities:
Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting contracts and agreements Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
This position is for 1st shift.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
More than 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word More than 3 years of experience working both independently and in team environments More than 3 years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management More than 3 years of experience negotiating contractual terms and conditions More than 1 year of experience interfacing with cross functional teams Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher More than 1 year of experience working in fast paced environment with strict deadlines More than 1 year of experience interacting with customers or suppliers regarding contract requirements and/or proposals Excellent written/ verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of customer service More than 1 year of experience working with FAR/DFARS requirements Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. (Note: Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.)
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
