is seeking a Course Administrator to support our ongoing mission in Dayton, Ohio

Overview:

The Course Support Administrators will work closely with course and program directors, instructors, and technical experts to manage educational program logistics and operations.

What You'll Do: Provide daily administrative support to course directors and instructors for the planning and delivery of educational programs and workshops Perform general office duties including answering phones, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and editing documents Assist in the preparation and organization of teaching materials and documentation for USAFSAM/FEEE courses Serve as the initial point of contact for updating the Aerospace Medicine Education Branch content on the Air Force Knowledge Exchange Support SharePoint administration, including building and maintaining SharePoint sites for the unit Use internal computer systems including ETMS, TRS, DTS, MICT, vPC, and SharePoint for administrative tasks Coordinate and process travel arrangements and vouchers through Defense Travel System (DTS) and other Air Force systems Maintain the Continuing Medical Education (CME) database and support accreditation tracking for students Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure seamless day-to-day operations Ensure the confidentiality of all sensitive communications and data Support Graduate Medical Education (GME) and other education programs within USAFSAM/FEE Assist in moving training equipment (up to 45 lbs for one-person lifts and up to 100 lbs for two-person lifts) Occasionally provide administrative support in outdoor/dusty environments and during prolonged periods of standing What You Bring:

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative program manager Advanced typing and organizational skills, with ability to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel (advanced functions), PowerPoint, and Adobe Willingness to learn and manage training platforms adopted by USAFSAM Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in compliance with Air Force standards Highly Desired Skills

Associate's degree (experience may be considered in lieu of degree) Administrative experience in a military setting
