About the Role: As our Senior Marketing Manager , you’ll develop and execute M Culinary’s overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You’ll lead a talented team of marketing professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our brand voice is impactful, consistent, and results-driven. This is a pivotal role with room to make a big impact. Key Responsibilities: Own both long-term brand strategy and day-to-day marketing operations Create and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives Lead and mentor a growing team of marketers in a fast-paced, creative environment Manage content calendars, digital assets (Brandfolder), and web platforms (WordPress) Drive monthly marketing reporting, campaign analysis, and proactive performance adjustments Oversee multi-channel strategies including email, social, web, digital ads, and events Coordinate high-profile seasonal initiatives (like WMPO), signage, ticketing, and promotions Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and communications Collaborate closely with sales, culinary, operations, and executive teams Manage marketing budget, track ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and innovations Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and industry activations Experience: 5–7 years of progressive experience in marketing, including brand strategy and digital campaign execution Experience managing cross-functional marketing projects and teams Proven track record using platforms like: Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram) Google Ads & Google Analytics LinkedIn Campaign Manager Optional: Pinterest, TikTok, Threads, YouTube WordPress or similar CMS Mailchimp or similar email tools Asana or other project management platforms Digital asset management tools (e.g., Brandfolder) Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills The Perks You Deserve: As an employee-owner, you'll enjoy a sweet benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and daily grab-and-go lunches made by our amazing chefs!
