Position Overview :
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing Omniflow’s digital marketing strategy across multiple channels, with a primary focus on social media, newsletters, online communities, and growth strategy. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, while strengthening Omniflow’s brand presence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Management :
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and community growth.
Create engaging and on-brand content (posts, images, videos, etc.) that resonates with our target audience and encourages interaction.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to keep Omniflow ahead of the curve.
Oversee the planning, content creation, and distribution of Omniflow’s email newsletters, driving meaningful communication with customers and prospects.
Build and manage segmented email lists to increase engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty.
Track and analyze email campaign performance to refine strategies and optimize results.
Community Management :
Build and nurture an engaged online community by driving conversations, answering questions, and encouraging user-generated content.
Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to create valuable content that resonates with the community and promotes user advocacy.
Lead community engagement initiatives, both online and offline, that foster strong relationships with current users and potential customers.
User Growth Strategy :
Develop and implement user acquisition strategies across digital platforms to increase sign-ups, trials, and long-term users.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine growth tactics and improve user retention.
Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing campaigns with overall business goals.
Analytics & Reporting :
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing channels.
Regularly report on the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve growth and engagement objectives.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, community management, and user growth strategies.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and online community management.
Proven ability to design and execute successful user acquisition campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling content that engages and educates audiences.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Media Insights).
Creative, data-driven mindset with a passion for staying on top of marketing trends and technologies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in a startup or tech environment.
Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices.
