Bartender/Cocktail
Server
to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.
Here are some of the job responsibilities:
Takes orders, provides service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answers pertinent questions about drink items. Clears all tableware from tables and bar after service. Stocks, restocks and rotates supplies. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations (TABC certified) Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol (3 drinks limit per resident) Accountability in maintaining inventory Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Wiping down the bar and bottles each night Batching juices, mixers and simple syrups Polishing glassware and storing properly
Qualifications:
Previous Experience with bartending in a hotel, restaurant, club, or fine dining establishment preferred.
