The Role
Overjet is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager who has personally built and scaled performance/demand generation campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels.
You’re a hands-on executor who will own and operate our key digital marketing channels from strategy to execution to optimization. You’ll track the full journey- from click to verified dentist demo to pipeline and revenue-and optimize every lever to drive scalable growth. You’ll prioritize what matters, bring creative ideas to life, and obsess over performance data. Responsibilities
Own and execute all digital demand generation campaigns across Meta, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Optimize campaigns using UTM tracking, offline conversions, and CRM data to drive verified dentist demos, pipeline, and revenue
Build, test, and iterate landing pages, video assets, and ad creative for performance improvements
Launch and manage demand-gen campaigns for top-of-funnel impact
Analyze campaign performance and use A/B testing to improve lead volume and reduce cost per acquisition
Prioritize high-impact marketing work-identify and focus on what drives scalable growth
Proactively identify and solve problems with innovative, data-backed solutions
Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience running digital marketing campaigns at a SaaS company
Deep expertise in managing Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube, and LinkedIn campaigns
Proven track record of owning pipeline and revenue goals- and hitting them-with data and stories to back it up
Strong grasp of marketing attribution: UTM strategy, offline conversion tracking, and CRM data usage
Experience building landing pages and running multivariate A/B tests for performance optimization
Ability to self-direct, communicate proactively, and execute quickly under tight deadlines
Up-to-date on best practices across channels and always learning what’s new in the performance marketing world
