What You’ll Do Lead the charge on full-funnel consumer engagement strategies—from awareness to conversion. Own media planning and execution across all platforms (digital, social, paid, earned, owned). Optimize e-commerce performance across Amazon and retailer.com through media, content, and conversion strategies. Partner with creative teams to craft compelling content tailored to every platform. Oversee our owned channels (website & social), ensuring performance and brand consistency. Manage and align agency partners across media, e-commerce, creative, and influencer/PR. Measure and optimize performance across platforms using ROAS, ROI, and real-time analytics. Who You Are 7+ years of consumer goods experience, corporate or agency side. Proven expertise managing media campaigns across digital, social, and Amazon platforms. A natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments. Data-savvy with a passion for performance marketing and optimization. Creative thinker with a strong pulse on culture, media, and brand storytelling. Proficient in Shopify, Amazon Vendor, Meta Business Suite, GA, and other digital tools. Industry-leading brands with global recognition. Creative, entrepreneurial, and inclusive team culture.
