Women’s Care is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role will own the execution and optimization of all paid media efforts, using a performance-focused, data-driven approach to drive measurable growth through patient acquisition and service-line engagement. The ideal candidate brings an e-commerce mindset to healthcare, with experience managing six-figure ad budgets, building conversion-focused landing pages, and owning full-funnel analytics.
Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other healthcare ad networks
Optimize campaigns for appointment bookings, lead generation, and service-line conversions with a clear focus on ROI
Build and test landing pages, apply CRO tactics, and manage A/B tests for creative, copy, audiences, and page layout
Implement tracking, UTMs, and attribution models in collaboration with analytics and IT teams
Monitor and report on key performance indicators including cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lead-to-patient conversion rates
Build intuitive performance dashboards and deliver insights to marketing leadership
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager – Brand Awareness to ensure messaging alignment across organic and paid efforts
Partner with clinical, operations, and web teams to enhance the full patient journey
Stay up to date on the latest trends in digital advertising, healthcare marketing, and HIPAA-compliant best practices
Demonstrate and embody the Women’s Care mission and core values
Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
4–7 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns, preferably in healthcare or service-based industries
Proven track record managing high monthly ad budgets with measurable results
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Strong analytical and performance reporting skills using GA4, Google Tag Manager, or similar
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page testing, and attribution modeling
Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards
Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred
Experience with lifecycle marketing and patient retention strategies a plus
Medical terminology understanding is a plus
Bilingual is a plus
