Are you skilled at building trusted, high-impact relationships with technology partners? We're seeking a Microsoft Partner Success Manager to own and grow our engagement with Microsoft and other key technology partners.

This role blends strategy and execution. You will be the primary liaison to Microsoft while also creating tactical resources, managing compliance, and supporting joint sales and delivery efforts.

What You'll Do

Strategic & Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for Microsoft partner teams. Lead joint planning sessions, quarterly business reviews, and escalation paths. Align Microsoft initiatives with company objectives, sales targets, and delivery capabilities. Tactical & Execution

Develop and maintain partner-facing materials: program guides, enablement decks, training modules, and playbooks. Manage Microsoft Partner Center and related portals, including profile updates, competency tracking, incentive eligibility, and compliance documentation. Track and report key partner metrics (pipeline, revenue contribution, certification status, incentive attainment). Coordinate co-selling and co-marketing activities with Microsoft, including opportunity registration, campaign execution, and events. Ensure branding and legal compliance, reviewing materials and ensuring they meet Microsoft's standards. Support audits and partner assessments, maintaining documentation and readiness for Microsoft program reviews. Assist internal teams with tactical support-opportunity tagging, licensing questions, and use of Microsoft partner benefits. Success Looks Like

Strong, trusted relationships with Microsoft field and partner teams. Increased co-sell wins and partner-influenced revenue. Accurate, up-to-date partner records and program compliance. High adoption of enablement resources by consultants and internal teams. What You Bring

Minimum of 4 years of experience in technology partner management, alliances, or partner success. Microsoft experience strongly preferred. Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Partner Center, competencies, and incentive programs. Ability to create clear, actionable content (training, presentations, documentation). Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and business teams.

Submit your resume and a short cover letter highlighting how you've driven success through partner programs or consulting enablement initiatives.
