As an HVAC Installer, you'll be hands-on in bringing comfort into people's homes every day. From furnaces to air conditioners, you'll handle the installation, setup, and fine-tuning that ensures systems run at their best. What You'll Do Install, service, and repair HVAC systems in residential homes Measure, size, and set up systems for the best performance Connect wiring, refrigerant lines, and ventilation systems Run load calculations to ensure the right equipment is in place Test, calibrate, and adjust systems for peak efficiency Troubleshoot and recommend repairs or replacements Follow all safety guidelines and code requirements Work alongside teammates to keep projects on track Communicate clearly with customers and answer their questions Keep accurate records of work and materials used What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent At least 3 years of residential HVAC install experience Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs Skilled in problem-solving and diagnosing system issues Detail-oriented with precision in your work Team player who can also work independently Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset Valid driver's license and reliable transportation EPA certification preferred What Makes You Stand Out
