Benefits Paid Time Off Education Reimbursement Referral Bonus Program The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins. The Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.
Qualifications
3+ years of Maintenance Experience Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies Valid Driver's License Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology. Preferred Qualifications
HVAC Certified Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience
