Overview

The Sr. Epic Application Analyst - Cogito is responsible for designing, building, testing, optimizing, and supporting the analytics and reporting environment within the Epic Cogito suite. This role focuses on tools such as Radar, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Clarity, and Caboodle to enable actionable insights for clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Epic Cogito application or advanced system features. Leads medium scale projects, including scoping, design, implementation, testing, and go-live support. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, integrate Epic with other systems, and enhance user experience Partners with data engineers and analysts to support Clarity/Caboodle ETL processes and data warehouse initiatives Owns highly complex projects, such as multi-module implementations or enterprise-wide systems upgrades; leads medium-scale projects, including scoping, design, implementation, testing and go-live support. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Required

Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Multiple Epic certifications or mastery in a key module. Cogito, Caboodle, Clarity, Rader/Reporting Workbench) Epic certification must be current or have been actively utilized within the past two years. 3+ years of relevant experience. Strong project management and leadership skills. Preferred

Professional certifications in healthcare information systems or business applications. Experience in managing clinical and business information systems within a healthcare environment. Knowledge of dental operations, integrated care delivery systems, and healthcare application ecosystems. Demonstrated experience leading patient experience or digital engagement initiatives Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and recommend effective solutions. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Proven ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. Customer service-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Benefits

Salary Information

$103,000.00-$133,000.00 / Annually
