SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
This person will perform electrical jobs for all Siegel affiliated properties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Perform electrical work orders in a timely manner in order to keep tenants and management satisfied and promote long term stay and building improvement.
• Perform monthly surveys to maintain a safe environment. Panel covers intact, no exposed wiring, broken outlets, light surveys.
• Train property maintenance as needed on basic electrical maintenance.
• Accept on-call responsibilities as reported by supervisor in order to assist management with any issues.
• Update management on the status of projects and workability
• Communicate with management, customers, tenants, and coworkers effectively.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Electrician certification
• 4 years electrician experience
• Knowledge in electrical maintenance, including but not limited to: lighting surveys/installs, breaker panel repair, apartment electrical, restaurant electrical, conduit installation.
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal English, bi-lingual a plus.
• Tools, reliable vehicle.
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines
• Sense of urgency and prioritization
• Ability to success in a deadline driven environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Sitting, standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, kneeling
• Potential bending, lifting, and carrying up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions.
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Schedule flexibility including nights and weekends where necessary
• Comply with the brand and Company uniform and hygiene policies.
