Job Description
Job Title : Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Location : Charlottesville, VA
Job Overview : Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, heating systems, and temperature control systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Follow safety protocols and company processes. Service and repair various HVAC systems, including:
Air- and water-cooled chillers (up to 100 tons) Hot-water heating systems and cooling systems Digital and pneumatic temperature control systems Air-handling equipment and duct systems Water-source heat pumps, self-contained units, and VAV systems Basic maintenance on gas-fired boilers and chilled-water systems
Requirements :
In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, electrical systems, and low-voltage controls. Ability to travel and occasionally stay overnight. Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving qualifications. Must have at least five years of commercial HVAC experience. High school diploma or GED, Universal Refrigerant Card, and Gas Fitters Card required. Benefits :
