A super opportunity to join Servomex, the global leader in gas analysis, as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk at our fast-paced manufacturing facility in Woburn, MA. USA.

This key role supports our global operations by managing domestic and international shipments, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

We're looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a direct impact in a hardworking and friendly team.

Location: US Technical Center, Woburn, MA

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday (flexible start and finish times)

What You'll Be Doing:

Prepare and pack goods for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality Develop shipping documents and labels, and schedule carriers Load/unload items, inspect inventory, and maintain organized storage areas Verify shipment details against orders and invoices Unpack and inspect incoming shipments, record discrepancies, and liaise with shippers Book items into SAP and manage inventory in on-site storage Maintain shipping materials and supplies Collaborate with global business centers to support daily shipping schedules Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment What You'll Bring:

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven track record in performing in a shipping/receiving role within manufacturing Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Familiarity with UPS/FedEx/DHL systems Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Working knowledge of shipping documentation (e.g., Proforma, Commercial Invoice, Hazmat, Bill of Lading) Desirable Skills & Experience:

SAP user experience (highly desirable) Experience in Lean or continuous improvement environments Education & Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED (required) Associate's or bachelor's degree (preferred) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred) What We Offer:
