R.A.S. Logistics
As a Recruiter Specialist at RAS Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent within the transportation industry. Your primary objective will be to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified employees to meet our operational needs. You will leverage various recruitment advertising strategies and sourcing techniques to engage potential candidates effectively. You will ensure a seamless experience for all employees and management. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to building a strong team that drives the success of our logistics operations. This is a remote position and may require occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer acceptance. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles. Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Ensure a positive candidate's experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate data. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring best practices to stakeholders. Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 1 year of proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Skills
Experience recruiting for final mile delivery/logistics Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance. Employer branding and recruitment marketing experience. Ability to analyze hiring metrics and optimize recruitment strategies. Why work here
