Job Description
About the Company

Made’s mission is to help homeowners save time, money, and stress. It starts with Made Card - a credit card designed specifically for homeowners, with unmatched rewards on mortgage payments, home improvements, utilities, and essential purchases. Each swipe powers a personalized home management platform where users can manage home systems & appliances, stay ahead on upkeep, and get help - from AI-driven guidance to in-person services - exactly when they need it most. By bringing together financial tools, data, and trusted professionals, we give people more control, more savings, and more time to enjoy the place they call home.

We’re partnered with top national players in the residential homeownership space - from mortgage lenders and servicers to real estate brokerages and home improvement providers - embedding Made into the key moments of the homeowner journey. These partnerships let us reach millions of households across the country and deliver meaningful benefits to homeowners.

Backed by top investors like Village Global, Jump Capital, Recharge Capital, Soma Capital, our leadership team brings deep fintech, mortgage, and credit card experience from Ramp, Bain Capital, JP Morgan Chase, American Express, and Morgan Stanley. We’re building the financial and engagement platform for the next generation of homeowners - one that puts the homeowner at the center, and redefines what it means to feel at home.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to own Made’s visual identity across both partnership channels and direct-to-consumer marketing. Your primary focus will be designing co-branded campaigns, sales materials, and partner enablement collateral with some of the largest players in mortgage, real estate, and home services.

At the same time, you’ll bring our consumer brand to life with compelling creative for social, digital campaigns, and in-app experiences. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of B2B2C partnerships and DTC growth marketing, ensuring Made’s story is consistent and powerful no matter the audience.

What You’ll Do
  • Partnership & B2B2C Campaigns – Lead design for co-branded collateral and marketing campaigns with top lenders, real estate companies, and service providers.

  • Sales Enablement – Create polished pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and event assets that elevate Made’s partner story.

  • Corporate Branding – Ensure brand consistency across all investor, partner, and internal-facing materials.

  • DTC Marketing Creative – Design engaging assets for consumer channels including social, digital ads, email, and landing pages.

  • Design Systems – Develop scalable brand guidelines and templates to support rapid growth across both partnership and consumer channels.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Leadership to align visuals with strategy, narrative, and go-to-market priorities.

  • Creative Experimentation – Explore new formats, styles, and channels to test what resonates with both homeowners and industry partners.

Ideal Background
  • 3–6 years of professional design experience, ideally with exposure to both corporate/partner design and consumer marketing.

  • Portfolio demonstrating a mix of B2B2C campaigns, sales enablement materials, and consumer-facing creative.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related design tools.

  • Strong grounding in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-moving startup environment.

  • Comfortable balancing polish and creativity — can design an investor deck one day and an Instagram ad the next.

We understand that not everyone comes from a traditional background. If you are a rockstar with a non-traditional path, we'd love to talk to you!

Nice to Have
  • Experience in fintech, real estate, or home services.

  • Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or interactive design.

  • Experience working on co-marketing campaigns with large national partners.

  • Prior early-stage startup experience as a founding or first designer.

Why Join Made Now

As our first dedicated Graphic Designer, you’ll own the look and feel of Made across both consumer and partner channels. You’ll have the chance to shape co-branded campaigns with some of the biggest players in homeownership, while also building the design systems that will scale our consumer brand to millions of homeowners nationwide.
