We're looking for a strategic and client-focused Executive Vice President who can masterfully balance operational excellence with creative vision. This newly created leadership position offers a unique opportunity to drive client service excellence while implementing proven methodologies across multiple locations.

Job Duties

Provide strategic leadership for 39-45 active client projects spanning marketing, communications, PR, digital, and brand initiatives Implement consistent account processes to enhance operational efficiency Develop and oversee strategic, integrated marketing plans based on thorough research Manage high-profile accounts and client relationships, driving retention and growth Lead and develop team members across multiple locations Serve as the "Integrator" for process implementation of proven methodologies Balance operational consistency with innovative thinking to deliver exceptional client service Drive strategic growth while identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships Collaborate with creative services to enhance visual storytelling capabilities Maintain client relationships with regular travel between locations Qualifications

15+ years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or PR with minimum 4 years in agency environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or related field Proven track record of increasing responsibility and leadership Strong experience managing large, high-profile accounts and multiple clients simultaneously Strategic approach to client management for retention and business growth Experience developing and implementing research-based, integrated marketing plans Demonstrated success leading teams and developing direct reports Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities Desired Traits
