Pay: $17-$22/hour
Schedule: Flexible (some weekends and evenings may be required)
Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and plate food items per resort recipes and quality standards Keep workstations clean and organized Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures Label, store, and rotate food properly Support team with prep, cleaning, and communication tasks Ensure food quality, consistency, and portion control Qualifications:
2+ years of line cook or kitchen experience required Culinary training or degree preferred ServSafe Certification (required within 30 days of hire) Ability to follow recipes and lift up to 40 lbs Valid MN Driver's License Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
