Key Responsibilities:

Work with clients to evaluate their needs and preferences for residential interior design projects. Visit job sites to examine space availability, design requirements, and the purpose of the area. Develop customized design solutions. Create detailed design presentations and 3D renderings to clearly communicate ideas. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure on-time project completion. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring client satisfaction from start to finish. Keep up with the latest trends in residential interior design and sustainable design practices. Visit job sites to analyze space availability, design needs, and the purpose of space. Create customized design solutions. Produce detailed design presentations and 3D renderings to effectively communicate ideas. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely project execution. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring client satisfaction from start to finish. Stay updated with the latest trends in residential interior design and sustainable design practices. Salary based on experience.

Schedule: In-Person, Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm

Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential cabinetry design. Strong knowledge of spatial planning, color theory, and sustainable design principles. Excellent communication, project management, and client-facing skills. Advanced attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in expressing ideas both visually and verbally, with comfort in presenting to large groups, including clients and colleagues. Initiative to anticipate problems and find solutions; must be an organized self-starter. Experience in all phases of design, including Conceptual, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. Knowledgeable in Fixture and Finishes/Millwork drawings and detailing. Ability to coordinate and follow through with consultants and vendors from all trades involved in the project. Knowledge of local building and ADA codes and regulations. Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in design software such as: Chief Architect, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, 20/20, or Cabinet Vision. Experience with luxury residential design or renovation projects.
