Closing Date: Open Until Filled General Description Rockford Area Schools is seeking a Full Time Lead Custodian to work up to 40 hours weekly during the school year and varied summer scheduled hours. Custodian will perform a variety of custodial and maintenance duties as assigned under the leadership of the Custodial Coordinator . Minimal of 12 months custodial experience. A boilers license will be required (State of MN Special license), preferred 2nd Class license.

Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Able to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds. Previous experience as a custodian preferred. Able to work for extended periods of time walking and standing. Applicants will participate in a background check and provide proof of legal right to work in the United States. Single Coverage - District pays $735 toward premium (per 1.0 fte position/pro-rated) Family Coverage - District pays $1350 toward premium (per 1.0 fte position/pro-rated) District contributes $550 into HSA - if enrolled in high deductible plan Flexible Spending Acct: Employees may elect to contribute on a pre-tax basis to Health Flexible Spending Accounts and Dependent Care Accounts Retirement:

The District contributes 7.5% of your total salary in the Public Employees Retirement Association pension plan Employees may also elect to participate in a matching Deferred Compensation Plan
