Shift: 1st Shift
The Procurement Specialist plays a vital role in supporting our manufacturing operations by sourcing materials, electrical components, and services in a timely and cost-effective manner. You'll manage supplier relationships, implement procurement strategies, and ensure supply chain efficiency to keep production running smoothly .
Responsibilities:
Partner with internal teams to purchase electrical components and materials. Issue accurate purchase orders and track deliveries to meet project deadlines. Monitor supplier pricing, shipments, and invoices to ensure accurac y. Support the receipt of incoming shipments and resolve procurement issues. Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of purchasing or supply chain experience in manufacturing. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Industrial electrical controls experience preferred; bilingual in Japanese a plus.
