Position Summary:
This position must have strong leadership & organizational skills. The lead person for this position should be capable of independently prioritizing daily task list while working together with the IC Dept for any larger issues that occur. - follow and adherence to all Baldor SOP's, SQF, QC,Q, HACCP and Food Safety Compliance & safety programs, procedures & policies.
*Essential Job Functions: Must be able to walk and stand for long hours. Must be able to bend, lift, twist and climb. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must be able to work in a cold environment Must be able to operate a jack. Must be able to count accurately Must be presentable at all times Ability to communicate clearly Must be organized Schedule depends on required days to work (This is an Overnight position 8pm - 6am)
Extra day(s) as required (start time to be determined)
* Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead person (includes duties/responsibilities for all 3 shifts): Manager Bin Audit research and follow up. Run negative inventory report and reconcile Run negative USDA inventory report and reconcile Run missing inventory report and investigate, resolve and follow up. Run Tag Rack inventory to make sure all that was moved has been picked/shipped Check RAWMAT and REPACK locations after meat repack has been completed to make sure 0 inventory remains in these locations Check multiple items in location report Check items with multiple location report Check inbound items without prime location report Check BB returns email Follow up and answer emails asking for help Follow up with our protein inventory, adjustments, miss-picks, damage and missing inventory. Follow up e mail sent to Protein procurement team and IC team. Floor support, help other teams with empty reserve, invalid LPN's, missing LPN in reserve Follow up with any quality issues in the floor, isolate, count and report to buyers General housekeeping - level off and organize slots, help keep warehouse clean and organized Advise IC Supervisor/Manager of any problems or discrepancies that cannot be resolved
Goals for position Improve inventory accuracy and efficiencies within the warehouse Minimize day to day inventory adjustments to provide more consistent inventory information for Buyers Identify and train another person to work this role as your back up when you are out Lead by example on the floor. Coach, mentor and teach IC team members. Communicate ideas/initiatives to Supervisor/Manager that will improve efficiencies

Education:
High School degree or equivalent, or can substitute years of experience for education.
