Job Title: NOC Analyst
Location: Columbus, OH (remote)
Pay rate: $20-$30
Scope of work:
Managing high volume of tickets on a day-to-day basis Responsible for working with: Current and future monitoring tools. Multiple telecommunications systems. A variety of clients and facilities while supporting day-to-day operations in support of all business units as needed. Maintain an understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA). Create and update internal service request tickets, trouble tickets or documentation. Produce quality work as part of a team or independently. Assess impact to network/service, resulting impact to customers, and escalate appropriately. Ensures the details and information are provided to the fix agent. Supports fix agent efficiency, safe restoration and work practices and compliance with all company specifications.
