Staffmark is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician for a direct-hire opportunity with a reputable, locally owned company in Bossier City, LA. Pay: $20.00-$26.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and/or commercial HVAC systems Troubleshoot and service components like compressors, condensers, evaporators, and thermostats Install or replace HVAC parts and equipment Communicate effectively with customers regarding system performance, issues, and service recommendations Maintain accurate service records and complete all job documentation Ensure clean, safe, and professional job sites Maintain company vehicle and tools in good condition Requirements
4+ years of HVAC service experience EPA Certification required Technical school certification or degree preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities
